About Reload Replay

I started blogging and podcasting back in 2005. The site back then was called GameSnitch.com. I have a life long passion for video games, but movies, TV and tech also make up who I am. So, after 190 episodes of my podcast I decided to start fresh and bring all the things I love to one place, Reload Replay.

Reload Replay is a one man operation. Everything you see here is done by me from the logo to the layout to the content. The reason I keep this up is because I think there is a need to be filled for enthusiasts like myself. I frequent many blogs that cater to video games, movies etc. One thing that is consistent is a lot of filler. If not filler then it's information so niche it is mostly irrelevant. Game blogs are littered with stories on the latest video game themed cake, or what any celebrity has to say about a game. Movie blogs fill my RSS reader with the most insignificant casting news and post just about any trailer released to the world.

My aim with Reload Replay is to provide a source to get all those headline stores without the other junk in-between. Sure we'll have some fun stories now and again but any casual reader will be able to digest any important story quickly and easily and without all the filler in the way.

Keep in mind I make no money from this site. In fact I lose money every month on hosting expenses. I don't mind a bit though, this is my hobby and in turn that means a clean and mostly ad-free reading experience.
